But with the Sentinels at its smallest membership number ever, Captain Atom is forced to work with his enemy Major Force and a group of convicts-turned-heroes called the Dragon Force. It all seems cut and dry, since their mission is to simply find this man and apprehend him for the Chinese authorities to question — a nice little exercise in international relations. But Captain Atom can’t shake the feeling that something just isn’t right about the whole situation. Could they be unwittingly walking into a dragon’s den?
